Job Description
- Assist in the organization and execution of lifeguard training sessions, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready and available.
- Help set up training environments, including pools and outdoor areas, for practical exercises .
- Maintain a safe and orderly training environment by monitoring participants and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide support to lead instructors during theoretical and practical training sessions, including demonstrating skills as needed.
- Distribute training materials and documents to participants, ensuring they have the resources to succeed .
- Assist in grading assessments and evaluations of lifeguard candidates, providing feedback to instructors .
- Communicate effectively with participants to address questions and concerns regarding the training process .
- Support the scheduling and administration of lifeguard certification courses and training sessions .
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (American Red Cross or similar).
- Prior experience in a lifeguarding or aquatic setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support diverse groups of individuals.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Additional Information
- The ideal candidate will assist in dally operations, ensure the safety of all patrons, and provide excellent customer service in a recreational or aquatic environment.
