Job Description
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including split, ducted, and centralized units, in high-rise buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and building maintenance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues to maintain optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including split, ducted, and centralized units.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in building maintenance
