Job Description
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to establish a high-performing QA team that drives quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continual enhancement across the company.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and documentation are followed and regularly updated.
- Partner with the QA Manager to ensure quality outcomes that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Act as a resource for WHS, Environmental, Social Accountability, and Quality Assurance standards.
- Ensure the company’s quality procedures and policies are effectively implemented and adhered to.
- Support the QA Manager in managing QA-related expenses within budget expectations
- Collaborate on investigating and resolving customer complaints with practical and consultative solutions.
- Assist in compliance with purchase approval processes and in providing regular QMS framework reports.
- Actively contribute to a proactive, solution-focused culture.
- Support the maintenance of QMS certifications and lead responses to emerging quality trends.

- Contribute to diverse projects and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with the QA Manager and team.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Quality Management Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA roles.
- Certification as a QMS Lead Auditor (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001 standards.
- Knowledge of Sedex, Ecovadis, and SMETA audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and support team development.
