Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the recep
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must have passports
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- With international experience and Excellent verbal communication
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.
