Job Description
- Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post-surgery patients
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals
- Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Competence in de-escalation techniques and understanding of mental health disorders.
- Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment options.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Clinical experience in mental health settings, typically 3-4 years required. 2 Years of experience will be considered.
- Experience in crisis intervention and managing psychiatric patients.
- Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (e.g., PMH-BC) may be advantageous.
