Job Description
- • Design, deploy, and manage server and storage solutions.
- • Configure and maintain Windows Server environments
- • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- • Plan, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- • Collaborate with other IT team members to support and enhance the overall IT infrastructure.
- • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering roles.
- • Strong knowledge of server and storage technologies.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server.
- • Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- • Good understanding of network implementation and configuration.
- • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Relevant certifications such as VCP/CCNA/MCSA/MCSE
- • Any other industrial certification will be added advantage
