Job Description
- With experience as QC Technician in Panelboard and Switchgear manufacturing. Conduct visual inspections of panels and components.
- Inspection of materials, assembly processes, and final product quality. Check for adherence to design, specifications, and drawings.
- Perform dimensional checks and material quality assessments. Record and NCR report defects for corrective action.
- Inspection tools like calipers, paint thickness gauge, micrometers, and checklists. Concentrates on material, assembly, and compliance with quality standards.
- Performed throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to final product. Ensures the panel is free from defects and meets quality requirements before testing or delivery.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
