Job Description
- Assist the head chef in menu planning and recipe development.
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food costs.
- Assist with special events and private dining experiences.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must have premium dining experience.
Additional Information
- We need Sous Chef with Chinese Cuisine experience of at least 3 yrs.
