Job Description
- Assisting the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assisting in stock control and ordering supplies.
- Managing and training junior members of the team.
- Ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium dining establishment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English is a must, a college or culinary diploma is required.
