Job Description
- Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions
- Assist with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring quality control
- Operate the cash register and POS system
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas
- Replenish food supplies when needed
- Address customer concerns and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members
- Prepare dining areas, Clean cooking utensils, and Run the drive-thru
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Impeccable customer service skills and social perceptiveness. Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Able to multitask and must be hardworking
