Job Description
- Good knowledge of injection production troubleshooting and knowledge of plastic raw materials
- With experience in machine set-up, parameter adjustment, and plastic defects troubleshooting
- Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Overseeing the production of tubular shapes like rods and hoses
- Following health and safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Measuring raw materials and feeding them into the machines
- Responsible for ensuring that production is efficient, quality standards are met, and safety is maintained
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With at least 2 years’ experience in plastic pipe extrusion (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.) or from plastic telecommunication or electrical ducting pipes (Polyethylene Corrugated and Microducts)
