Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop a deep understanding of Sumsum Sweets' products, including ingredients, flavors, and special features. Effectively communicate product information to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Sumsum Sweets' products. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store. Use persuasive and effective sales techniques to encourage purchases.
- Maintain attractive and organized displays of Sumsum Sweets' products to attract customers and stimulate sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor. Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory shipments. Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable. Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and attract customers. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with other sales staff and team members to achieve overall store goals. Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to customers.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
