Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems in line with Saudi Aramco standards and industry best practices.
- Lead quality assurance and control efforts, including inspections, audits, and process evaluations, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Analyze quality performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and standards to guide QA/QC activities effectively.
- Provide leadership to the QA/QC team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Aramco Approval required for the QC Manager role.
- 10-15 years relevant work exp.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality audit techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
