Job Description
- You will be responsible for providing customer service, Serving, making Ice Cream and other product at store and maintaining store daily activity.
- Creating appealing designs on our signature Ice Cream Cakes, Birthday and Wedding cakes.
- You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
- Make sure the customers are being taken care of and the department looks great at all times.
- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service
- Serve Ice cream and other Cold Stone Creamery Products.
- Assist with the production of all products (Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, etc
- Maintain the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Respond to work requests from other departments, on an as-needed basis.
- Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.
- Operates and sanitizes all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Supervisor
- Weekend availability is a must.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience working in the same capacity.
- Candidates with pleasing personality and energetic.
