- Ensures that Production Department follows the implementation of including HR (Human Resources) and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policies, rules and Regulations.

- Appointing labor and ordering the stocks toward the smooth running of the production process.
- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Resolving labor disputes, where requested
- Monitor implementation required production control measures and make sure the related forms (control sheets) are properly filled-up.
- Analyses accuracy of raw materials and packaging materials received and use for better control of variances.
- Ensures that flow of production process is align with flow chart and manufacturing procedure.
- Develops ways of improving and simplifying production process without any negative effect on line efficiency, quality and food safety standard.
- Ensures the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) in the factory
- Conducts necessary inspection to ensure that all areas of responsibility meet the standard hygiene, sanitation and safety measures
- Maintains standard cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation within all production areas and other related areas.
- Immediate superior of all factory workers who are directly involved in the production and/or packing operation.
- Responsible for teaching, training and constant guidance of the factory workers in the correct manufacturing (processing, filling/packing) procedures.
- Recommends and implements various ways of enhancing subordinates motivation and morale in the performance of their job.
- Initiates improvement on planning, directing, supervising and controlling the efficient performance and utilization of manpower, machines, materials and other resources to process all company products on time, with the lowest possible cost and wit

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Others); Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Preferably 3-5 years of accumulated work experience handling the same position in FMCG (Meat Processing)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Engineering or, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or Business Administration or any other related field.
- with experience in handling vertical weigher machines and forming lines machine in FMCG (Meat Processing/Dairy Products)
