Job Description
- Fabricate composite parts and products by laying up composite material layers, curing, bonding, and performing finishing work
- Read and understand technical drawings, documentation, work orders, quality specifications, and process guidelines
- Prepare molds, apply release agents, seal edges, and mount necessary inserts before layup
- Align and drape multiple layers of dry composite material on production panel molds
- Install composite interior/exterior aircraft components, wings, tail sections, fuselage assemblies, etc.
- Inspect, measure, and test composite assemblies at all production stages for defects and conformity
- Repair damaged composite components by patching holes, rebuilding corroded sections, and reworking design features
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or similar fields.
- Must have a valid CAAP license.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field excluding OJT.
- Ex-Singapore/Ex-Hong Kong is a plus!
