Job Description
- 1. To lead a group of engineers, technicians and technical specialists to support wire bond process engineering works and carry out yield, quality, cost savings, productivity improvements and documentation.
- 2. Develop, formulate, evaluate and execute process engineering in area of responsibility to improve yield, quality and productivity and cost.
- 3. Conduct evaluation to characterize failure in terms of extent of damage and gives disposition on implications attribute to process handling materials defects or machine trouble.
- 4. Follow up all on going evaluation in the assigned area and handle on the line technical trouble. 5. Review process requirements, customers specifications and standard.
- 5. Review process requirements, customers specifications and standard. Prepares the necessary process instruction and conduct training to the floor member.
- 6. Interfaces with personnel on production, QA and other support groups regarding product/process related problems and disposition.
- 8. Drive cost reduction project or second source program. Liaise with customer on matters related to yield, quality, etc
- 9. Monitor, identifies, verifies analysis and give disposition to process related and technical concern of the product.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- Degree in related discipline with min 5 years relevant working experience or Diploma with min 7 years relevant working experience.
