Job Description
- Manage the installation and adjustment of equipment and outfitting for the plant start-up during the new ship construction process
- Create the engineering schedule for the machinery outfitting work (including ground outfitting processes, or from the start of construction to launching, or from launching to delivery).
- Confirm the performance of machinery based on the progress of machinery work and the testing plan (as per design documentation) (including inspection leadership and operation of inspection equipment/ship machinery using specialized
- Hold meetings regarding machinery work with the shipowner's supervisor and related departments.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Marine) or similar fields.
- Must have 3 years as ship officer/seaman
Additional Information
- Engage in ISO maintenance and management activities, and update standards for outfitting
- Holder of Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT certificate) N4
