Job Description
- A juice maker is responsible for operating, cleaning and maintaining all tools (e.g., blenders, food processors, paring knives) that are used on the job
- his includes troubleshooting, making minor repairs and alerting management if a piece of equipment is irreparable
- The juice maker is also responsible for ensuring that the food preparation area is clean, maintaining compliance with any employer policies and government regulations.
- Greet customers and take orders for ice cream products. Make ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes, and other products.
- Stock freezer cases with ice cream products. Operate cash register to accurately ring up sales. Keep work area clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service. Handle customer complaints or questions in a professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right ice cream flavors and sizes. Answer customer inquiries about flavors, ingredients, and prices. Suggest additional items for customers to purchase.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- - At least 2 years experience as a juice maker in smoothie stores like jamba juice, fruitas, zagu, quickly, big chill OR ice cream seller such as llao llao, caramia, gelattisimo, etc.
