Job Description
- Lead the design and development of contemporary architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Manage and mentor architectural teams, providing creative direction and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
- Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and executive teams.
- Stay current on architectural trends, sustainability practices, and industry innovations to incorporate into design processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on contemporary design and project leadership.
- Expert proficiency in SketchUp, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Proven track record of delivering creative architectural projects, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
