Job Description
- Reporting to duty on time and ensure consistent attendance, including evening shifts
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Train and supervise boutique staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Foster a positive working environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellence are valued
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in retail management preferably in luxury fashion or resort wear.
- Strong Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Passion for luxury fashion and keen eye for detail in product presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic resort environment, including weekends and holidays.
