Job Description
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the diaper production line, ensuring that production schedules are followed and targets are met.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the production process to ensure that production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained and assign work tasks according to production needs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting, preferably in diaper production or a similar industry.
