Job Description
- Greets and ensures that all guests are attended to in a friendly and helpful manner at a times and attempts to use guest's name at every opportunity.
- Welcomes guests at any of the Hotel entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of VIP and repeat guests.
- Responsible for receiving and delivery of luggage to or from room, airport, border gate, ferry terminal and vehicles.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Relevant experience of Front Office in the Hotel industry is an advantage
