Job Description
- Perform duties inherent to the trade of carpentry and more specifically fabrication of products for Complete Site Services to ensure operational objectives & targets are met
- Erect light weight steel wall frames and roof trusses
- Installation of sheet flooring
- Installation of windows and doors . Sheet metal roof cladding
- Exterior wall cladding, Construct eaves
- Various other carpentry tasks. Cabinetry work
- Insulation & roof construction
- Ability to operate mobile plant (Only if licensed and approved as being competent) and any other duties as required
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry/Masonry
- Must be at least a graduate of 1-year vocational course or Completed at least 1 year in college
- Previous experience in a prefabrication manufacturing environment
- Experience in working within a team of trades-persons
- Possess strong attention to detail, have excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience in the Building/Construction/Manufacturing industry
- Experience with the use of Reckon preferred, but not essential
- Ability to effectively deal with high pressure environments and tight deadlines
- Ability to operate a Mobile Plant
