Job Description
- Optimizing patient care by working with nursing staff
- Developing specialized treatment plans after patient examinations
- Educating patients and families on how to best manage their conditions.
- Incorporating practices to promote staff teamwork.
- Analyzing patient data and outcomes.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in nursing practice and contributing to medical research.
- Allocating staff and resources to where they are needed.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating training for nursing students and staff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
