Job Description
- Prepare and suggest new menu items.
- Prepare a wide variety of goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies and afternoon tea items.
- Ability to work alone and work alongside with chocolatier.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Applicable knowledge of baking with ingredients limitations (pastries that are gluten free)
