Job Description
- Finding out what the clients wants
- Gathering quotes from Sub-contractors and suppliers for accurate cost analysis
- Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions and calculating all the related cost of the work.
- Assessing the levels of risk on a project including site condition
- Analyzing client company data, material market price, exchange rates and prices to update costing standards
- Preparing and submitting quotations to the client
- Helping with bids for new contracts by participating to tendering quotation works
- Coordinating with the budgeting officer and site managers the stages of a project to make sure that cost are kept in line with forecast
- Support all activities in cost estimating and take a proactive approach towards improvements
- Making proper document registry filing for future references.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Good Communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
- Good Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercially and Financially aware
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiar with steel profiles, steel grades, fixation accessories, surface finishing and all necessary
- Knowledgeable of Estimating techniques and software (MS Excel, Nesting Tools, CAD, Adobe Softwares and MS Word, etc.)
- Knowledge in Autocad or other CAD applications

- Basic Salary - 6,741 SAR
