Job Description
- Support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned kitchen section, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff, contributing to a cooperative and efficient team environment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Minimum 2 years of professional French fine dining kitchen experience
- Written and spoken English or French
- Successful completion of a 4-year apprenticeship or relevant training
- Food Safety training/certificate (HACCP or ISO22000 preferred)
