Job Description
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing a diverse, high-quality menu, ensuring consistent culinary excellence.
- Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Minimum 6 years of professional French fine dining kitchen experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
- Written and spoken English or French
- Successful completion of a 4-year apprenticeship or relevant training
- Food Safety training/certificate (HACCP or ISO22000 preferred)
