Job Description
- Cost Estimation: Utilize Candy Software to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify project requirements.
- Quantity Takeoff: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive and comprehensive bids for construction projects. Work closely with the bid team to ensure all aspects of the bid are covered.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must have Bachelors degree or above with majors in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering cost management, with expereince in roads, bridges, Water supply and sewage works
- Expertise in using Candy Software for cost estimation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industr
