Job Description
- Oversees all aspects of the kitchen, including menu execution, food quality, and staff performance. This involves scheduling, training, and motivating cooks and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the menu, considering factors like seasonality, customer preferences, and food cost control
- Ordering and managing inventory, ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures, and adhering to all health regulations
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- With specialty in any of the following: Steakhouse, Western Cuisine, Thai Cuisine, Regional Chinese and Asian Cuisine, Pastry, and Cantonese Cuisine
- Creative menu planning with modern food presentation; good understanding in respective cuisine.
- Menu development, Food cost control, Inventory management, Staff management, HACCP food safety
