Job Description
- To oversee and manage project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive projects plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Experience in setting up cement plant, Oil Depot, and other big projects is highly preferred.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Africa or Middle East or any international experience in the cement industry is a must.
