Job Description
- Strategize, direct and lead all short- or long-term growth initiatives for Cement plant with overall objective of maximizing ROI.
- lead and manage strategic planning across cement plant
- leas and facilitate business planning, and ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve financial / non-financial goals.
- Direct, guide and advice production, sales and marketing, quality and support functions to achieve overall business goals of the plant
- Accountable for budget adherence, cost optimization and target achievement for Cement plant
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, allocate responsibilities / initiatives appropriately for implementation and monitoring progress
- Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of team to create a high performing talent pool.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Africa or Middle East or any international experience in the cement industry is a must.
- Minimum 4000 MT per day capacity plant.
