Job Description
- Provide Quality–oriented leadership in achieving Plantwide Quality Policy Goal : “Total Customer satisfaction”.
- Responsible for the Quality Operations on the production floor, ensuring all Quality processes are in compliance with Quality system, Specifications and Requirements.
- Provide quality technical assistance to all in house functional organization in resolving quality related problems.
- Co-ordinate and liase with other department heads / managers for implementation of quality improvement activities.
- Execute quality improvement activities in line with company goals and objective.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audit to endure system and process compliance.
- Managing customer / end customer`s audit and to follow-up the action items till closure.
- Handling customer complaint & quality feedback by enduring detailed / timely 8D report submission, containment, corrective and preventive action.
- Analyse both internal and external quality indices / trends and initiate appropriate action to reduce quality issues / incidences.
- Support Change Control and other Quality System Initiative.
- Provide for adequate and cost effective facilities, equipment and manpower necessary for maintaining the required quality levels of the production and services.
- Ensure highest level of quality and reliability for products and services to the customers.
- Coaching and mentoring of a team of QA Engineers / Exec. / Supervisors for career and job advancement.
- Coach and train subordinate to enhance their performance to achieve Quality Goal and Objective.
- Manage daily IQA & OQA activities.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- To drive Business Unit QA Team to a common organization and company goal through ASEM Quality Policy in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
- In charge of quality monitoring to ensure that all products Test &Test Back End are free from any flaws or errors and are of the best quality.
