Job Description
- Manage the Retail Store daily Operations ensuring a continued focus on sales and customer service
- Train, manage and regularly evaluated your staff performance. Your job is to provide continual training and development opportunities to our team.
- Mentor staff within your team and create fun and vibrant workplace environment
- Continuous manage\monitor stocks levels.
- Ensure inventory is managed through stock takes, identifying any stock variances and follow our process to minimize stock issues
- Address customer requests/ feedback in a timely manner
- Set and monitor the Store sales targets, making every effort to meet the sales targets
- Prepare and submit monthly reviews.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
