Developing and creating new menu items and recipes.
Planning and coordinating menu offerings and specials.
Managing and supervising kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen personnel.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality of food and service.
Purchasing and ordering food and supplies for the kitchen.
Managing inventory and ensuring that food is stored and prepared safely.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning cooking equipment and surfaces.
Collaborating with restaurant management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in culinary arts.
Providing excellent customer service to diners and guests.

A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
