Job Description
- Attend to large amounts of inbound and outbound received in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify the customer's need, clarify information, research every single issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Attend to customer enquiries received and issue quotations
- Follow up quotations that have been issued, received
- Receive & forward Purchase Orders from clients to the relevant departmentsand arrange timely delivery if necessary
- Follow up on leads generated by Key Account Managers and Marketing or other departments received, etc.
- Execute leads provided by the Key Account Managers by following through sales to closing
- Record leads generated and update progress through CRM as per the sales policy guidelines
- Record any events requiring future action and inform the Head of Department
- Attend to customer complaints and notify concerned personnel
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- CCA will attend to all customer queries received and face to face as for walk in customers and follow through the requests and needs till a solution is provided in an efficient manner in accordance to company policy.
- CCA is required to liaise with the relevant departments and personnel to provide this service.
- CCA will also follow up on leads generated by the Sales Executives and follow through sales to closing.
