Job Description
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- ssisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparing meat and fish. Assisting with the management of health and safety.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
