Job Description
- Responsible for IT help desk administration, new-hire support, office support, office support amd department development assistance for the assignd region(s)
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Conducts initial configuration on workstations, including software installations, updates, patches, printer connections, etc.
- Triage service tickets to ensure that user issues are addressed by the appropriate IT Team member.
- Presents ideas for improvement to existing IT software/hardware systems that may provide more efficiency, while reducing redundancies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- A+ certification required. Previous exposure to IT support in the construction industry preferred.
- Security Plus and N+ certification preferred.
- Exposure to IT support in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of computer electronics, hardware, software, including applications, Microsft 365 Administration, Network Interface Controller (NIC) operation, patch cable testing, basic router configurations, Wireless Access Points, VPN's, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills
