- Responding to guest, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling guest complaints
- Follow and maintaining the efficiently manner as per hotel standards when talking to guest
- Know how to operate switchboard or PBX system and Opera system
- Candidates can speak and understand Arabic Language and excellent communication in English
