- Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
- Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Minimum 10 years experience in F&B industry as a total
- Minimum of 3 years in a well-known upscaled restaurant or modern fine dining
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
- Annual paid leave
- Two (2) years contract.
