• Sets with the area manager the monthly Restaurant Business Plan.
• Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
• Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

 Minimum university degree, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highly preferable.
 Minimum two years experience in a similar position
 Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
