- • Assist RM in developing AOP, RBP, and Budgets and in tracking restaurants KPIs, review with the team and develop improvement targets.
- • Assist the Restaurant General Manager to maximise the profitability of the restaurant by monitoring food, pack, labour costs and controllable expenses to ensure these are inline with established targets.
- • Assist the RM in controlling the product quality, raw materials, purchasing and supplies.
- Minimum experience 2 years in food services or retail industry, out of which 1 year in a supervisory level.
- University degree preferable hospitality service or Business Administration
- Must be able to successful perform the essential functions of this job, posses a good supervisory skills. Leadership skills & Management skills (planning, organizing, controlling, leading).
- Creative and initiative, Customer Maniac, Honest, Active, Team player, Hard working & self-driven, decision maker, can work under pressure.
- Customer oriented with strong people skills, good communication skills. Good computer skills (word, excel, power point).
