Job Description
- Responsible for all of the business operations of a dining establishment
- Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment
- Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Create and design food and drink menus.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- With relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
Additional Information:
- 1 year contract.
- Free roundtrip air ticket between Macau and Manila after completion of contract.
