Qualifications:

• ONC or equal in a relevant discipline or standard based qualification (NVQ level 2) or equivalent.
• Must have a fairly good knowledge of various process equipments.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to IELTS level 5 equivalent.
• Must have a good understanding of QA/QC and HSE compliance audits.
• Must be trained and be able to carry out routine maintenance of Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flo
• Must be trained and be able to carry out routine maintenance of Control Valves, Solenoid Valves, Pne
• Shall have knowledge & understanding of work on HART and Foundation Field Bus based instruments.
• Must be experienced in and able to gland cables.
• Must be able to understand job requests and discuss repair methods with Supervision.
• Must be able to assist in loop testing, function testing and commissioning of instrumentation loops.
• Must be able to use all standard instrument test equipment.
• Can read and understand the PEFS or P&ID, Loop diagrams and Instrument data sheets.
• Must be conversant with Hazardous area equipment.
• Is able to use test equipment and perform instrument calibrations.
• Must be able to report close out activities & capture work history in CMMS.
• Must have experience in the calibration methodology for pH,
• Electrical Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Oxidation Reduction Potential Analysers (ORP).
• Must have the ability to program, the menu driven Transmitters.
• Must have experience in the use of Portable Reference Analysers.
