• GCC Experience minimum 5 Years required. 
• Trade Certificate from a reputed institute is a must. 
• Age Limit: ████████████ Years. 
• Buildings, Villas & Offices experience is a must. 
• Must have experience in all types of painting finishings including 
but not limited to wood works for buildings & industrial works. 
• Must have experience in false ceiling, doors, cabinets, drawers, 
staircase, lift, wall cladding, partitioning, works. Both gypsum, 
paster, block, and wood. 
• Must know how to paint in various methods such as spray gun, 
manual, compressor, sprayer, sand blast etc... 
• Must handle works independently. 
• Must read technical drawings and carry out works as per 
drawings independently. 
• Must calculate quantities of finishing materials from the 
drawings.
