• GCC Experience minimum 2 Years required. 
• Trade Certificate from a reputed institute is a must. 
• Age Limit: ████████████ Years. 
• Buildings, Villas & Offices experience is a must. 
• Must have experience in all types of finishing wood works for 
buildings & industrial works. 
• Must have experience in false ceiling, doors, cabinets, drawers, 
staircase, lift, wall cladding, partitioning, works. Both gypsum 
and wood. 
• Must have experience in all types of formworks including MS 
Steel Plates shuttering and conventional plywood shuttering 
works. 
• Must handle works independently. 
• Must read technical drawings and carry out works as per 
drawings independently. 
• Must calculate quantities of finishing materials from the 
drawings. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Must know English. Arabic language will be additional point. 
• Excellent problem solving skills. 
• Strong organization skills.
