Qualifications

- ASNT Level II or equivalent qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the following techniques: o MT / PT / UT / RT
- PWHT knowledge and experience is also desired but not a pre-requisite
PRIMARY FUNCTION: -
- Non-destructive testing, evaluation for acceptance or rejection according to written instructions and record results.
- Calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes standards, and specifications.
- To be familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on?the?job?training.
- Organize and report results as required depending on each NDT technique.
- Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions.
- Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles.
- Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations.
- Perform any other job?related tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform NDT techniques as required by the company if so qualified
