The Project Control Manager is a subject-matter expert responsible for Prepare/Review the overall EPC execution plan to verify its completeness and ensure it is compatible with the project master schedule in accordance with the project milestones. Monitor EPC contractor’s and in house performance against its schedule program, deliverables and milestones and identify corrective actions as may be required.

Also responsible for cost control & monitoring for all projects, and contracts management,

Ensure the implementation of the project documentation & documents Retention

To develop a Works with contractors to establish their part of the project schedule and develops overall project schedule. Coordinates and contributes to all aspects of project planning and schedule development for the project and Establishes schedules for the change orders, options and potential changes.

This position resides in the projects and Maintenance Department and will operate cross-functionally with access to many different departments within / outside the company, including Finance, Project Management Office, and Execution Civil & Earthwork.

v  Preparing projects schedule and Monitoring.


Interface with projects teams and task managers to define scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.

Assist in the creation/modification of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.


v  Analyse project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.


Analyse critical path and restraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule


v  Support Projects teams in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.


Managing all Engineering & Construction strategic planning,


v  Managing all current & future contracts, and coordination with technical department for the project cost estimation,

v  Managing and control the Engineering & construction documentation,

Oversee & monitor the progress of Design, Civil, Earth works, Electro-Mechanics, Machinery & Farm Operation.


v  Manage the program, progress support works, claims assessment & supervise the team


v  Attend the management meetings and external meetings.


v  Monitor Civil & Earthworks progress; prepare site progress hoots & any adhoc program.


v  Monitor & update Time Program, Progress Monitoring Chart + S-curves.


v  Prepare the weekly and monthly progress Reports.


v  Monitor, update & distribute Daily Site Progress Report.


v  Attend Weekly Site Progress Meeting.


v  Monitor & update Master Program.


v  Co-ordinate, monitor & prepare Weekly Chart.


v  Archive the programs for claims & assessment.


v  Analyze the claims & assessment.

v Mandatory University Degree in Business Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial & Electrical.

Civil Engineering shall be considered, if selection is construction based or EPC.

v  Minimum experience 15 years in construction projects, in planning and Project Control,

v  Preferred experience Planning & Cost Control & Estimate.

v  Experienced in Microsoft project & Primavera

v  Experience of advising on Planning & Cost Estimate matters.

v  Experience of communicating with a diverse range of service users to ensure that they recognize their environmental, ethical and Planning & Cost Estimates

v  Knowledge of the ethical and Planning agenda especially legislation relating to procurement and environmental protection.

v  Knowledge of computer applications including premavera, MS project , PowerPoint and Excel

v  Time management skills

v  Team leader

v  Demonstrate excellent communication skills (oral and written).

v  Investigative and problem solving skills.

v  Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities workloads Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate the work of others.
