• RN with at least more than 2 years experience as Staff Nurse/Clinic Nurse/PDN Nurse

• Work gap should NOT be more than 2 months (from the time the candidate had stopped work as a Nurse)

*    Employment Certificate

*    Passport valid for more than 2 years (Old & New)

*    Pictures (passport-sized, with white background, newly taken)

*    NBI Clearance
